I’m Julien, I settled on the family farm in 2015 with my father. We breed 350 dairy sheeps fed only with products, like hay dried in barn, from our certified sustainable agriculture farm. We process their milk into cheese at our farm laboratory and we market the production ourselves in short-circuit. We therefore control the entire processing steps from the breeding to the sale of our cheeses. Our little extra : our cheeses are matured in the Atlantic Pyrenees in the heart of the Ossau valley in order to guarantee its authentic taste.

The Sheep’s cheese is made in Lot et Garonne, kept about 10 days in the salting room. It is then brought to the ripening cellar, in the heart of the Ossau valley, in the Hautes-Pyrénées for the pleasure of your taste buds.
