I‘m John, I’m a beekeeper. I started my business in 2009. I control the entire processing steps from the bees breeding to putting their honey in jars. I have 500 hives which is about 30 000 000 honey bees producing different sorts of honey according to the seasons. I practice transhumance which is moving the hives to be as close as possible to the flowers in farms where nature highly prevails.
There are 3 products.
The Honey is homemade, respecting nature and honey bees . The Chestnut honey is dark and intense, mainly used for the ginger bread.
