Where can I get my order ?

You can choose from 2 vending machines : Tonneins Petit Paris or Agen train station and at the pickup point Les folies de Sophie in Coulx.

What is the delivery time of my order ?

The delivery is garuanteed within 24h (except on sundays and bank holidays)

How can I get my order at the vending machine ?

You will receive a SMS code as soon as your order is ready. You will get the locker number(s) as well as the the withdrawal code to be entered on the distributor terminal.

Can I specify and choose the order withdrawal day  ?

Yes. When placing the order, you will just have to write a comment with the withdrawal date requested. Deliveries are done everyday (except on sundays and bank holidays).

How do you guarantee the freshness/quality of the products ?

We select for you, the best products, directly from local farmers. We create compositions and baskets everyday. The vending machines are refrigerated to guarantee this freshness.

I can’t finalize the payment ?

The payment can be done directly at the vending machine by credit card. Send us your shopping list with the withdrawal requested date and your contact details. As soon as the order is available, you will receive a SMS code  with the locker number and the exact amount of you order to be paid by credit card directly at the vending machine terminal.

Where do the products come from ?

All our  products directly come from our local farms meaning that they are seasonal products. Therefore, they are not available all year. We choose tasty, fresh and quality products. So’Primeur doesn’t propose tomatoes in winter.

I can’t create or have access to my account ?

The possible causes are :

  • - You already have an account with this email address. Log in to your So’Primeur account and click on « Already a customer ».
  • - The chosen password doesn’t respect our security rules. Your password must be made up of at least 8 characters, a lowercase letter, a capital letter and a number.
What methods of payment do you accept ?

We only accept credit card payments for the moment (CB, Visa or Mastercard) and Paypal.

About an order already placed 

I have already placed an order but I have forgotten some products, how can I add them ?

Contact our customer service through the contact form : indicate the items to be added. The payment will be done at the pickup point terminal.

How to contact the customer service ?

You can contact us from monday to friday, from 8am to 7pm and on saturday from 8am to 6pm (except on bank holidays), through the contact form.

A product is missing in my basket, a product is non-compliant or damaged ?

We do as much as we can to provide the best service. If you encounter a problem, please contact the customer service.

I haven’t received the SMS code ?
