2- General conditions of use of the site and the services offered

The use of the website implies full acceptance of the conditions.These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time. Users of the website  are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by  SARL Petit Pari, which will do its best to communicate the dates and times of the intervention.

The website is updated regularly by Damien Billat. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time. They are nevetheless mandatory for the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible.

3. Descritpion of the services provided

The purpose of the website is to provide information on all the activities of the company.

However, he cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update by the bank or by third-party partners who provide it with information.

All information on the website is for information purposes only and can evolve. In addition, the information on is not exhaustive. They are subject to changes that have been made since they were posted.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data

The website uses Javascript technology.

The website may not be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the website. In addition, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent material, without any virus and with an updated latest-generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeit goods

SARL Petit Pari owns the intellectual property rights or hold the rights of use of all the elements accessible on the site, including text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.  

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication adaptation of all or part of the site, whatever the mean or process used, is forbidden unless written authorization from : SARL Petit Pari.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements contained therein will be deemed to constitute an infringement and continued in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability

SARL Petit Pari cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damages caused to the material of the user, when using the site and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specified specifications in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

SARL Petit Pari cannot also be held responsible of indirects damages (for example loss of market or loss of opportunity) following the use of the site

Interactive pages (possibility to ask a question in the contact area) are available for the users.

SARL Petit Pari reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, particularly the provisions on data protection. If applicable, SARL Petit Pari alss reserves the right to question the penal responsability of the user, partucularly in the case of messages of a racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic nature regardless the medium used (text, photo,….).

7. Personal data management

In France, personal data are protected in particular by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978 , the law  n° 2004-801 du 6 août 2004, the Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the site can be collected : the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, SARL Petit Pari only collect user personal information for the need of certain proposed services by the site . The user gives information knowingly, especially when entering these information by himself. It is therefore mentioned to the user of the site whether or not to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following the Law 79-17 of 6 january 1978 relating to IT, files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to his personal data by making a written and signed request, with a signed copy of identity card, specifying the address to which the response is to be sent.

No personal information of the user of the site is published, exchanged, transfered, ceded or sold  to another party without the knowledge of the user. Only the assumption of the acquisition of SARL Petit Pari and its rights would allow the transmission of this information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of custody and modification of the date from the user of the site

Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 july 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 march 1996 on the legal protection of the data bases.

8. Hyperlinks and cookies

The site contains a certain number of hyperlinks to other sites set up with the autorization of SARL Petit Pari. However SARL Petit Pari cannot verify the contents of these sites and therefore cannot be held responsible of whatso ever.

9. Applicable law and assignment of jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the website  is subject to the french law. The competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
